Background: Wulf was born human, and fell in love with Elspaith during one of her missions.  He was turned Guardian by the Council, at Elspaith's urgings. Wulf is extremely self controlled- the only exception being extreme situations regarding Elspaith. His reasoning and negotiating skills are also very high, as are his physical abilities- all reasons why he is most often assigned to Mencheres when his set of skills are needed.  More to come as I figure him out. 

Relationships:  Wulf is mated to Elspaith, who he fell in love with during one of her missions. At her urging, the Council turned him and he became a full immortal Guardian. He has now been a Guardian longer than he was human. He is often referred to as Mencheres "Handler", as he saved him from the dark forces, and turned him to the light side, is the only one with enough influence over him to reason with him, when his dark influences try to re-surface.
