Ennui

 Lianna has been hit by a period of "ennui"....................nothing seems to engage her recently. She needs a bigger purpose. Something beyond her longing for something she fears she may never have. 

She longs for Zak to hear her, and know that her feelings for him are true, and not just some semblance of hero worship for all he has done for her over the years

In the meantime.............she needs to find a higher purpose. She longs to be something more to the team than window dressing when the men require a "wife" on assignment. There must be something more for her to contribute............

Blue is her Color

 A new dress for Yvette arrived. I loved this combo on blue brocade with the perfectly matched stretch velvet. My friend Robyn, of Period Threads, turned the two into a stunning gown for Yvette.

Yvette (Yvonne) is one of my favorite female dolls, such  a stunning face. It's a shame SJ retired the sculpt.

Liza's new dress

 Got a new dress for the girls from my friend Robyn for my birthday and decided to take some new photos of Liza to model it.

 A just because post, as Yvette got a new gown from Period Threads that accentuates her eyes perfectly.

An Uneasy Feeling

 In her role as a guardian informant, Bashira has learned to listen to her gut over the years, and her gut has been very uneasy of late. Something is brewing. 

She hasn't heard anything on the

 streets or in her social circle, but she can feel that prickling on the back of her neck that always signals something unpleasant is coming.

She will need to be on alert, and ask Tariq his thoughts as well.............he hasn't mentioned anything, but living with her over the years he has learned to trust his instincts as well, and he often is privy to conversations she isn't.

Where is Tariq anyway?...................She thought he would have been home by now. She must remember he can take care of himself. He was trained by the best when he was cleared to be fully brought into her lifestyle. She mustn't worry................

Richness of Brocade

 Evianna loves the finer things in life. This brocade robe by Robyn of Period Threads really suits her and is a favorite.

And this last shot is just a play with edits on the first shot above. I like how it turned out so thought I would share as well.

Timeless Friendship

 Elspaith and Mina stand on the shelf next to each other in my dollroom and as I went in today to get another doll I was inspired to get these two down off the shelf and photograph them together. They are best friends and confide in each other. Their beautiful gowns are by Period Threads.

I wonder what their conversation is about today?
